The game reminded me of Plague by Ndemic Creations. Following this thread, It would be nice to have some rules to start a crisis. 
Instead of unlimited disturbs, we should start only one and figure out ways to increase it to other spots.

It would be nice if the countries somehow revert crises, making the game more challenging.

The game is just amazing! I shared it with all of my friends. It's really nice to find a game  like that. I'm form Brazil, and I would love to contribute with a translation project
